Here we have a 3 1/2" gauge BR standard class 4 tank! The first we've ever seen in this gauge, and a really nicely made thing it is too! Based as you might expect on the Martin Evans 'Jubilee' design for a Stanier Class 4 tank, but with cosmetic modifications and the well produced curved tanks.
The model has a professionally made brand new silver soldered copper boiler by Don Brook, and the valve gear and machining work is very crisp and tidy. It's a very well on the way project, which as you can see has all the big hurdles cleared. A really superb little project that would result in what we think is probably a unique and certainly very desirable model in 3 1/2" gauge.
